CRITERIA
Uncountable criteria.
This criterion helps assess experience-based parameters of your life, such as fatigue, productivity or state of health.
- Criteria can be either positive or negative. The stronger is fatigue, the worse it is.
- To make evaluation more user-friendly, you can choose from three kinds of scales: three / ten / one hundred-point scales.

Countable
Use countable criteria, if you need to calculate any objective stuff. These can be cups of coffee per day or hours you spend sleeping.
